White and Red Cornish Cross
Cornish Cross are the primary bird for meat production.
All our White Cornish hatching eggs come from large commercial farms in Arkansas
to insure you that best bird meat available. These birds can be butchered as early
as 6 weeks. Males will dress out at 4 to 5 lbs at 7 weeks with females dressing
the same at 8 weeks of age. Dunlap's also offers the slower growing Red Cornish
for the specialty markets and those who have difficulty raising the White Cornish.
The Red Cornish have high livability, strong legs and will make excellent fryers
starting at about twelve weeks of age.
