Araucanas, or the Easter Egg Chicken as they are commonly referred to, lay eggs in many shades of blue, green and pink. With the array of color these birds bring, in their feathering as well as their eggs, they make a favorite to add to any flock.

The Wyandotte was developed in New York in the 1880’s. It was first called the “American Seabright”. They are a heavier breed with the hens laying medium brown eggs. They are a popular backyard bird, and make beautiful show birds.

An Asiatic bird, the Light Brahma is a very large, feather legged bird. They lay brown eggs and are a very docile bird. We also carry them in bantam size.

Blue Laced Red Wyandotte

We now offer this beautiful bird in standard size as well as bantam. Brought recently from England, this Wyandotte is very gentle. Eggs are brown and of medium size. LIMITED QUANTITIES available each week.

Golden Campine

The Golden Campine is a mid size bird from Antwerp, Belgium. They have been bred for several centuries. These birds are very lively and do best in a large pen or range setup. They lay medium size white eggs.

Columbian Rock

The Columbian Rock is a large bird of black and white plumage that will make an excellent show bird. They lay brown eggs and are very rare.

The Polish are a crested bird and are very quiet. They are a smaller non-setting breed that produce white eggs. Their cottonball top make them a very interesting conversation piece from day old chick to adult size.
